Lady and some Cupids icon png download

I love this picture! The lady has innocent cupids caught in ribbons and she's trying to pull them down. Where are their arrows (for defense)? I think she is trying to get them to come to her to "give her love" but I don't think it works that way, which is also kind of profound.
