This is a collection of some upper, printable ascii codes (128-255), maybe close to ISO-latin-1 with yellow dots (filled circles) on blue ground. It is meant to put text character wise together and it isn't a font in a classical sense. The filled block and the Euro-symbol where not part of that font, which had unprintable characters in the lower part. Note: I'm NOT going to cut the dots (as for lower ascii), where you can easily underlay a colored sphere (for example in yellow, to get the same result).
