As these plates are usually quite pricey, it is worth printing them yourself at a printing store, if you need these. German law says, that everybody is allowed to own these stickers, eventhough only skilled workers are allowed to stick them on thinks. The SVG contains the full printing template, which can be used to produce plates with a diameter of 2.00 centimeters. Additional space to the viewBox is 3mm each side in the SVG. You may want to release the Clip path in inkscape before generating a ready-to-print template containing excess space for printing. The Clip path release option can be found in Object->Clip->Release. Also you may generate a cut contour out of the transparent clip path which will be released then for cutting round stickers.
