I found this wild thing in the British Library's flickr collection, it's from "The Baby's Museum; or, Rhymes, jingles and ditties, newly arranged by Uncle Charlie" published in 1882. It was an illustration for a nursery rhyme that contains the lines: "Rings on her fingers and bells on her toes, She shall have music wherever she goes!"
