Clipart Search 1 icon png download

Hello, I believe I initially found it on Microsoft gallery. I purchased the licence to the attached clipart back in 2001 when I started my business. After an extended illness, my business closed and I no longer have the computer where all of this information was stored.  Can you please help me find this clipart again? I am looking to purchase the license again. I am reopening the business and I want the same logo as before. I copied this from an old brochure that I had.  When it is enlarged, it is rather grainy because it is a copy, not the original. Thank you for your consideration.
